Notice: New Forum

NOTICE: Aug. 12, 2010: We are just now starting a forum. In the instructions it is quite clear that this forum is NOT meant to replace our usual means of support. We thought it was about time to give our clients and prospective clients a method of communicating with each other. A place where both clients and staff can post articles relating to the hosting industry. Exchange ideas and help each other with discussions about unique ideas and problems. The forum is shared with our sister company www.OverVolt.com and the link to the forums is: https://www.overvolt.com/forum/  You don't have to be a client to join but non clients will be somewhat restricted in what boards they can view. We do have resellers and they need privacy to retain their concealment.

Billing may only be reached from within the "Client Area". emails sent to the billing email address are only seen by our Billing Department. Technicians cannot view your billing email so support is restricted to office hours.
