I think you guys do a great job. Keep in mind that I was the VP of client
services at a large ERP software company for almost 10 years. I oversaw a
support center that was clearly under-staffed and usually had over 200
outstanding tickets at any one time. We promised our clients 24 hour response,
but our delivery was terrible! That kind of poor service did not help the
company's reputation as an IBM business partner and eventually it suffered a
great deal. Now its barely in business.
These things add up. I'm sure you guys will do well if you keep on doing what
you are doing!
